St. Cyril’s offers a peaceful atmosphere within a serene setting of natural beauty in any season that encompasses 70 acres of cultured lawns, gardens and orchards and 150 acres of fields and woodlands.

Our Basilica and chapels are conducive to prayer and give those who come here a sense of deep, abiding peace.

Sabbatical Opportunities

The St. Cyril Academy Education and Spiritual Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, is the perfect place to enjoy your own self-designed sabbatical for a month or more from September until May. Anyone planning his or her own sabbatical is most welcome to come away to do research, write or pursue other individual interests.

You can choose to attend a variety of scheduled retreats and programs offered by the Spiritual Center. Retreats, spiritual direction and programs fees are separate. There are opportunities for Eucharist, community prayer and leisure.

The cost for room and board is $35.00/day.

The costs for Day programs and retreats are listed in the 2006 Spiritual Center schedule.

Spiritual Direction is $20.00 per hour.
